Malé Travel Guide is an independent, informational travel directory and editorial guide for Malé City and the surrounding islands. We list restaurants, hotels, attractions, and services, and publish guides to help travellers.

We work hard to keep our information accurate and current, but details such as opening hours, prices, menus, and availability change often and outside our control. We provide everything "as is" and make no guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or up to date. Always confirm important details directly with the business before relying on them.

We are a directory, not a booking agent or seller. We do not process reservations, payments, or transactions. Any dealings you have with a business listed on the Site, including bookings, purchases, and disputes, are solely between you and that business.

Listings describe third-party businesses we do not own or control. Inclusion of a business is not an endorsement, and a "Verified" badge reflects our own editorial assessment only. It is not a warranty of any business's products or services. The Site also links to external websites; we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

All content on the Site, including text, guides, photography, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Enable Maldives or its contributors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you may not scrape, harvest, or bulk-download our content or images; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on its content, or your dealings with any business listed on it.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
